Responsible gambling
at SpinCrypto
Gambling is never a source of income and never a way to recover debts. This policy explains the tools SpinCrypto provides, the signs worth watching for and where to find free, confidential help.
Safer play and age protection
Version 1.0, effective from September 2026. Four sections, roughly 13 minutes to read. The policy exists to help players avoid the negative effects of gambling and to protect against problem gaming.
Play should always be entertainment. Before you start, accept that gambling is not a way to earn an income or to repay debts, and that losing money is a possible outcome of every session. Track how much time and money you spend, and treat those two numbers as the real scoreboard.
1. General
SpinCrypto is built for a comfortable, exciting pastime, but some players lose control while gambling, just as they can in any area of life. Knowing where to stop is part of playing well.
The casino provides a set of tools to help players who notice a problem, starting with this policy, personal limits and self-exclusion. While you play games of chance, remember that you are under a risk of losing money and that winning is a matter of chance, not of skill or persistence.
2. Responsible gaming for players
2.1 Self-assessment: are you in control?
Read the statements below and count how many apply to you or to someone you play with. If three or four of them are true, professional help is recommended.
- It is hard to control, stop or cut down on gambling, or you feel irritable when you try.
- You borrow money, sell things or consider fraudulent ways to get money to play.
- You need to gamble with more money or for longer to get the same excitement.
- You neglect personal needs such as food, sleep or hygiene.
- You gamble more to win back losses or escape financial trouble.
- You believe a big win will solve everything.
- You lie to cover your gambling or refuse to discuss it openly.
- Debts grow, bills go unpaid or unpaid notices are hidden from others.
- Family, work or household responsibilities are neglected.
- You think and talk about gambling constantly.
- You spend more time or money than you can afford.
- Wins feel like extreme highs and losses like extreme lows.
- You argue with friends or family about money and gambling.
- You skip family or social events to play.
2.2 Problem gaming identification: what helps
If you can still manage the situation on your own, small decisions make the difference. Balance is the goal, and the tips below are the ones that work most often.
- Play for a limited time. Decide the length of the session before it starts and set a timer or an alarm.
- Manage the budget. Decide the maximum deposit and never exceed it. Never borrow money to play.
- Find another hobby and keep gambling as one interest among several.
- Never play when you are depressed or stressed, and do not play after drinking alcohol.
2.3 Personal limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion
If gambling starts to interfere with daily routines or costs more than you planned, use the controls in your account. All of them are free and take effect inside the casino.
Deposit limits let you cap the total you deposit per day, week or month. When a limit is reached, further deposits are blocked until the period resets. Tightening a limit applies immediately, while requests to loosen a limit wait 24 hours before taking effect, so a decision made in the moment cannot be undone at once. Wagers placed before a limit is set are unaffected.
| Tool | Cooling-off | Self-exclusion |
|---|---|---|
| Wagering | Blocked, for all games or the verticals you choose | Blocked across all verticals |
| Deposits | Not possible | Not possible |
| Withdrawals | Still available | Depends on applicable civil law |
| Log-in | Allowed | Not allowed |
| Scope | This brand, or all brands of the operator | All brands and domains under the operator licence |
| Minimum duration | 24 hours (up to 3 months) | 1 year (up to lifetime) |
| Changes | Can only be made stricter | None |
| Marketing messages | Opt-out available | All messages blocked |
| Reactivation | Automatic when the period ends | Player must request unblocking |
Cooling-off periods can be set for 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month or 3 months. While a cooling-off period is active you cannot deposit or place wagers, and you can withdraw your remaining balance. The period starts immediately and cannot be shortened.
Self-exclusion blocks the account for the period you choose: 1, 3, 5 or 10 years, or lifetime. The request causes an immediate log-out after your identity is verified, access is blocked and promotional material stops. Self-exclusion does not end automatically: after the period expires, contact support by email or chat and the request is handled by the support team. Withdraw any balance before you start a cooling-off or self-exclusion period, because financial activity is restricted afterwards.
2.4 Exclusion started by the casino
The casino may exclude a player as a high-risk measure if that player shows problematic gambling behaviour or uses the platform for criminal activity. These exclusions are documented and the records are kept for at least five years.
2.5 Risk assessment and protective measures
Gambling activity is monitored to spot signs of harm. An assessment may consider changes in deposit or wagering patterns, unusually long or frequent sessions, repeated failed deposits or cancelled withdrawals, frequent changes to deposit limits, repeated bonus requests, attempts to bypass restrictions and similar behavioural indicators. A single indicator does not normally decide the outcome; the overall pattern does.
Where a player is identified as at risk, the casino may make contact and apply proportionate measures: recommending or applying limits, temporarily restricting gambling, or excluding the player where appropriate. Material interactions and actions are recorded.
2.6 External help
Free professional support is available from independent organisations:
- GamCare - advice and counselling in the United Kingdom.
- Gamblers Anonymous - peer support groups worldwide.
- Gambling Therapy - multilingual online support.
- BetBlocker - free blocking software.
- Gamban and GamBlock - paid blocking tools for all devices.
You can also contact support at [email protected] to discuss your gaming behaviour, ask for practical tips or request a longer history of your transactions. Betting and wagering history covering at least the previous six months is available for self-assessment, and longer records are provided within 10 working days where reasonably possible.
2.7 Self-awareness
Responsible gaming material is reviewed and updated regularly, and players are informed about changes. Please do not ignore the notices and announcements that appear in your account: they exist to keep the information visible at the moment it matters.
3. Underage gaming control
3.1 Protection of minors
Underage gambling is against the law and is an offence. Nobody under 18, or under the higher legal age that applies in their country, may register or play. The casino may request proof of age from any customer and suspend the account until the documents are provided. Accounts held by minors are treated as a breach of the general terms and may be reported to the competent authorities.
Because the internet is open to everyone, parents are asked to take part in protecting minors from gambling websites. Software that restricts access includes CyberPatrol, ContentWatch, Net Nanny, Netmom and GamBlock, and disabling saved passwords on shared devices helps as well.
3.2 Precautionary measures
- Do not leave minors unattended in front of a computer you use for gambling.
- Do not use the password remember function when children can use the same device.
- Do not let minors visit gambling sites, and keep payment details out of reach.
- Limit the time your children spend online.
If you believe a minor holds an account, write to [email protected]. After verification, the casino may keep the account active if verification succeeds, block it until the player reaches legal age, or close it.
4. Website access restrictions
The following people are not eligible to play on the website:
- Anyone under 18 years of age.
- Anyone who informs the company that they are taking part in a self-exclusion process that applies to this site.
- Anyone restricted from accessing the site by a court order.
- Anyone the casino has reason to believe has been excluded from the site.
- Officers, board members and partners of the casino.
- Trade union executives or staff who negotiate on behalf of employees of the site.
- Employees of registered suppliers who maintain or repair gaming equipment at the site.
These individuals are not eligible for prizes, with the exception of self-excluded players. Access may also be restricted where local law prohibits online gambling. Play at 18+, with money you can afford to lose, and use the limits in your account before the session starts.
